Non-clinical staff members in a position to act as a patient guide
This is a hands-on, two part workshop to acquire basic MI skills. Each part is two hours. The second part is most appropriate for clinicians. They can be delivered together or separately, in person or virtually, to a maximum of 12 participants.
During this training, learners will experience motivational interviewing (MI) from a patient's perspective and practice applying MI tools and techniques on each other. This is not a "death by PowerPoint" lecture.
